We only offer our customers products from companies that we're proud to support. In addition to supporting local companies like Chico Chai, we proudly sell coffees from Grounds for Change - a certified organic and carbon-free coffee roaster specializing in 100% Fair Trade Coffee. We like to say we've got coffee with a conscience.

Mondos Coffeehouse is a program that serves individuals with developmental disabilities. The program is designed to provide an opportunity for consumers of Far Northern Regional Center (FNRC) to acquire important public socialization, independent living, and employment skills while being paid a competitive wage. Many from FNRC are willing and able to gain competitive employment, yet are often not given the opportunity. Mondos offers competitive employment and helps consumers develop skills needed to obtain a career within the community.
We train our associates in food service and basic barista skills in an environment that is supportive, respectful, and where they are treated as working peers. We love our associates and they're an integral part of the shop. We couldn't do it without them!
